Before you sign up.
Courses last 1 or 2 days, depending on the course you choose. They are held in person at the training centre in Modena, with a theory part and practice guided directly by Marzia. All courses are taught in Italian. The glymphatic system course is online: you follow it whenever you like.
One-to-one or in small groups of 2–3 people, depending on the agreed dates. That way everyone gets personal attention and corrections.
No. The courses are designed both for complete beginners and for those already working in wellness who want to add professional, practical techniques they can use straight away.
